Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bits Of Color Art, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur and are considered part of the unique character of each piece.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, exact replacements are not available. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided shipment has not already begun. Custom orders may not be canceled once work has started.
